In 2005, the Design Department of Atlantic Airmotive Ltd (formerly Atlantic Aeroengineering Ltd) was subject to a management buyout and a new company was formed - Tenencia Ltd

The Design department has served the Air Atlantique Group well for many years and has carried out hundreds of modifications, structural repairs and certifications since 1989. With approvals from both the UK CAA and EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency), Tenencia is now an independent company able to offer a wide range of skills and services to aircraft operators. Tenencia Aerospace Design and Tenencia Aircraft Services work side by side to provide an integrated service for Aircraft Sourcing and Certification.

Tenencia Aerospace Design can provide STC's, minor modifications, flight testing and certification.

Avionics, structural and Special Mission installations undertaken.
